WindWanderers will be holding our first social day at Boreen Point Lake Cootharaba on Saturday 7 October from 11am. The club will supply the usual BBQ and drinks , everyone welcome.

Round one of our 3 event Freerace series will also be held on this day wind permitting. Freerace events are free this season for current financial club members so if you have never tried Freerace join in and give it a go! Everyone else the cost is $20 per event. Nice cruisy day at the lake, enough wind for the big kit and to get in some Freerace training. I managed to stay planning for 59 minutes with almost a 17 knot hour so happy with that and rain stayed away. Thanks to the organisers see you at the next one.
