Nick take some time to watch what goes on in regards to the reef.
Your not the first to come to grief and certainly not the last. I do recall that a certain ship had trouble there a few years back.
qwerty knows all about trashing gear on a reef.
Might head to nobbies sat/sun but more likely go to birdie beach.
Cheers

Nah, Birdie is definitely open to the public. New carpark just been built. Birdie is a top wavesailing spot.
I will be there tomorrow if it is windy.
BOM says 20-25 NE for tomorrow. Have they ever got it wrong before?

waves wont be big at birdie 2morrow,no reef only sand and norah head graph is the one to watch for wind strength. If its looking windy a few of us should be there around 3pm or later. birdie gets a stronger NEer than redhead.
