Quiet.
Plan so much for Christmas that you cannot possibly go windsurfing.
The synoptic charts do look good though
Christmas day is traditionally a good day to windsurfing on NE seabreezes but the last few years have been disappointing.

My accountant did a cost-benefit analysis & said "don't even THINK about it...
..... you would never be able to buy windsurfing gear ever again
