Dose canton work in a westerly, N wester like today.Its howling in newy will it be worth the drive? anyone heading out.

The Fish Co Op North Entrance works well in a NW but you need local knowledge for the channels. Usually guys out. However the way it is predicted to swing more W maybe best to wait and see.
When it swings WNW - W Canton should be great.
I'm waiting for it to swing more W as predicted then I will be there.
If it stays NW the Co Op will be best.
Hoping for a few photos today ( hope I can sail well enough..). My partner is coming down and he's a good photographer. I'll tell him to take shots of everyone..Hope the angle is good at Canton so people will be close enough for decent shots.

You certainly looked impressive! It looked totally on the edge and the deep runs you did looked amazing. Got one pic that shows it. Photographer left before you really got smoking. Didn't get your duck gybe either.
Some good pics. I will load them later in the week after editing and when I have more time.
Considering how crappy I felt the photos came out ok. Didn't do any decent gybes near the camera . A couple of good ones on the other side.Not enough wind in close when I had the 3.8m on and by the time I put the 4.2 on & good for it stuffed after c 2.30hrs +
