Great session yesterday afternoon, 18 to 22knots then filled in 22knots to 26knots, blasting the Yamba river, haven't sailed this spot in ages, always love blasting the wall, then finishing off at main beach (Pippi Beach) wave sailing when the wind really kicks in.
This time was fully lit on 6.8 Free speed and 120L Free race, 40 cm fin, love this sail/board combo, was just the best fun, only 2 other sailors, briefly, it was a higher tide, but still super fun.
A couple of wingers out at whiting beach, but the strip was just the best fun I've had windsurfing this season!!, hopefully heaps more NE days. so worth the 1.5 hr drive from coffs. water was dirty brown after all the wet weather, but the wind was so so good. So surprised more were not on the water.

Hi guys, I am heading to Yamba in April for a week and was wondering what the wind would be like during this time for some windsurfing.
