In the early stages of organising a stag party and was considering an easy location, not far from Sydney. The usual sorts of places have been done on all the previous stags (Gold Coast, Brisbane, Newcastle, Melbourne) so was wondering about the 'Gong! What's it like on Friday and Saturday - are there good bars/clubs and a few after hours places ?

Was looking at Thredbo - but it'll be $1k for three days!

I have to agree with qwerty on the pub crawl.. They are all good pubs..
Except i wouldn't bother goning to the glass house as it is closed down at the moment. If i had to pick one to stay at, i would go North gong pub!

I think the glassy is in receivership at the moment.. Its been closed down for a while now..
But i think they are trying to buy it back or something???
