I jumped last night when the weather guy on the ABC said the famous word "seabreeze"...
When is it really starting here ? I am new in Sydney.
I guess we need a pretty good gradient between sea and land temperature.
Sea is at 14/15 deg. Land is still cold I guess with the cold nights...

End of September you can get some seabreeze. Not very strong and a bit too Norh oriented, but i had great wavesailing sessions in the beginning of summer last year (less wind = more waves i guess).
But i've been in Sydney for less than two years, so not 100% sure about my predictions..
