Holy crap check out the southerly that just kicked in at 8 am

Wish i didnt have to work today :(
If anyone is planning to hit the sandbar south of ST georges sailing club let us know how it goes

Roar, is that St Georges Sailing Club in Sans Souci, Riverside Drive?
If so is that a good spot in a southerly? I'm heading that way now!

Yep,

Club next to the bridge there on riverside drive .
YOu sail south across the channel and there is a 300 m long sandbar running east west that only appears in low tide
When you get a deep southerly it comes in over the bar giving some really nice flat water for speed runs.
the bay to the south of it is pretty shallow and generates very little chop.
