Walt said..Well today was a cracking Southerly consistently at 30knots. Many regulars out hammering the speeds in difficult condition well done to you guys. I got to Botany Bay early thinking ill give it a go before the Southerly kicks in but as i got there the wind started so I opted out, was worried I would break equipment or break myself and be stuck in the middle so went for a MTB instead. Well that didn't turn out well either.
Has anyone else ever experienced nearly blacking out sailing or MTB.
I really got to thank the three guys who help me today, if no one crossed my path I would still be lying there out cold.
Sorry to here about your MTB accident Walt, hope all well now.
I've had a MTB accident that put me in hospital for a week in the ACT - 6 broken ribs all displaced and internal bleeding.
I've also had a crash on my Roadie that concussed me - I can't remeber anything from that crash other than I crashed, how it happened and how I got home is a mystery to me, only thing I remember my wife taking me to hospital.
