Given the high tide at Sandringham, and the rain overnight which might make Kyeemagh yucky, what about La Per for the southerly today? Should be good for jumps going head-on to the waves through the heads. But I hate sailing there alone...

foreshore drive could be ok but wind may be too much south.
will have a look on way home from work. if not potb go to sandringham as even tho tide is up the water down there is still relatively flat compered to the kyemagh.
Only have slalom gear in car atm no will avoid the waves.

Manly was good at 5:45am - it was cross off at times with head high waves!

5:45 until 7:30. Not long but well worth crossing the road (luckily live on North Steyne). There was a bank working opposite the pipe at North Steyne - gave time for three turns before being nailed into the sandbank. Super patchy (as always) on the inside. Had the wrong sail in the bag so ended up on the 6.2m - not great as I was overpowered on the face but good for getting back upwind.
Had 1 surfer to share the waves from Queenscliff pool to the volleyball courts!
Might try the same tomorrow. You're from Manly aren't you?
