It's that time of the year again... some are not bad, but some are pityfull, must be relatives of the councilors . The funniest I witnessed was when one of the works consisted in colorful cubes and a family of overweight people proceeded to lay their pizzas on top to have a picnic and was immediately surrounded by security guards !
