A windsurfing mate of mine (and many others) is not doing so good at the moment health wise. Just wishing him a good run of luck in the future cause he has been dealt some pretty horrible cards in the past.
Best of luck brother, we are all thinking of you.
Kinda makes things fall into perspective.
Kind regards from the boys who know you in Sydney and your team mates up the coast.

I agree Larko - perspective, perspective perspective

Stay strong fella. Need anything let any of us know.

Before you know it we'll be hitting M.Rock again this summer.

Thanks for the thoughts dooods. I'm progressing faster, by a week, than expected and wowing the medicos at RPAH. Nearly 2kg total of "mass", right kidney and partial liver was removed successfully. Just waiting on pathology to tell me what kind of future treatments I'm going to have but so far things are more than excellent. Lots of pain but head in the right place and I'm walking around, going to attempt to walk up a flight of steps today....that's a big event for me!

Hey Adam, it's taking me forever to read the Windsurf mags....being doped up doesn't help...it takes me 5 minutes to read a page and then another 5 minutes to reread it coz I couldn't remember anything the first time, sometimes I just stare at a page for what seems ages. hahaha.

Created a new bucket list, the previous one was interrupted TOW is even higher on the new one and maybe even a van so I can travel. Bring it on!

Thanks again guys. Going to have a nana nap now.

Good one Raf!

Full mission by the sounds of it, glad you're through the worst of it mate and thinking positive and looking towards the future. Plenty of sailing in ya yet!

PS- That's a pretty tough way to lose 2 kilos? A few sit-ups would have been way easier...

Talk soon.

Cheers mate.
