You've got to wonder about the things bios glue on streamlined creatures? Do they have any idea? An elephant seal is a masterpiece of streamlining. If you glued that thing to the bottom of your board do you think you'd notice? Of course you would, you wouldn't even bother going out.

But ironicaly, we'd never know without the tag! It's a bit quantum...

Also 2.5k dive? That's incredible. The pressure at that depth...they must have astounding respiratory systems.

..apparently its with a Great White along with his 2sec, 1Hr, NM, Distance and awesome Alpha 500.

It all happened at the GPSUnderSeaChallenge last year where Sammy was up to his usual antics running rings around his most feared opponents.

... who happened to get upset as the Slippery Seal Crew had a laugh at where he had put his GPS.....




...Time Keepers will be reviewing the onboard GPS overlayed shark video from the incident to help validate Sammy's record Alpha at the time... RIP Sammy
