latest issue of windsurfing magazine put a good tip in there.
if its stuck because of sand, get two bricks, and space them around 40cm apart, and put pillows ontop of them. than get your mast and put the middle section between the two bricks, and just step on it so it flexes, but dont step too hard. than rotate, and keep doing it, once you hear the sand cracking, try and twist it apart, an just keep doing untill it comes apart.
there is also another way to do it, if you have two booms, put one boom ontop of the center , and one on the bottom, and get some body help you twist one clock wize and the other anticlockwize

I dont have two booms unfortunately, I tried the other method and nothing is budging at all... I might visit some guys at the river and see if I can borrow a boom :p
