when is your sailing season / how long ..etc

When do you get your windy season.. where are you , how consistent etc etc

typically we sail 12 months of the year in South East QLD.

april-may is generally the only time where we don't get much wind. best time is from oct-march where we would get 3 sailable days per week normally.

it's all a bit wierd this season though. the sunny coast has had lots of great seabreezes as well as the goldy but brisbane has been dodgey.

seems to follow cycles. last few seasons have been rippers.

grr .. if I liked the heat Id move up there..how good would you get if you could sail 3 x a week!
