i am looking for a monofilm , xply, rip stop, etc here in w.a would like to buy localy before looking to the east side

Just go to your local sailmaker.
All the major sailcloth manufacturers are based in Sydney and freight thier product to other states, the sailmakers should have sample books from them all so you can choose your products

try doyle frazer sails or tasker sails. both in north freo.
frazers is just north of the rose hotel near windshack.

ian samson down in o'connor has rolls of monofilm, x-ply, i think he's even got the silver and gold metal x-ply too. his no: 9314 6566.

not sure if he's got any aussie flag monofilm though!
