thought i would put it in the poley sections as well :) just heard on the radio this morning everyone has 2 days to register to vote if you want to vote for the day light savings referendem. So as long as you want to vote yes make sure you register so we have some chance of getting it passed :)

I just downloaded the form from here:

www.aec.gov.au/enrol/

Looks like my days of not being on the electoral roll "because it might be windy on a Saturday" are over...

Do I have to be in the country to register? Or is it just an online registration? Hate the idea of having to vote, but it's a worthy cause!

Oh, you mean you have to register to vote in elections in general.
I thought they might have been pulling another swifty to get daylight savings passed by saying you have to register for this referendum in particular.
(Thinking the apathetic types who like the staus quo won't bother to register)
