Jordo the best way to have your site come up on searches is to optimise its content. There is an art to this and there are companies set up that specifically deal with such things. Basically each page has to have certain keywords that relate to what people are searching for. There are specific spots on the page to have these keywords. My company has many different sites and pages on the net and we pay a lot of money to get them optimised so they come up in the top 5 of free google searches.
Don't know how much control over the code of your page you have, but to get hits on your site (get google to know your keywords) you need to add metatags, this is the main keywords of your site maybe 'windsurfing, jordo, WA, ...' you add them in the 'head' sections of code in html
