Are there any good spots around Batemans Bay. preferrably flat water, chop, no full on waves or what might be considered as such. Cheers

Coiler lake near the sports club is pretty nice in a seabreeze, kinda close..

Corrigans Beach (just south of the Catalina Golf Club) is OK if there's a bit of east in the wind. North Broulee is where most of us go for a NE, and (as Barn says), Coila Lake is good, but about 50Ks south of Batemans; take the Tuross Heads turnoff.
IMO, definitely worth a look is Tomakin river mouth. Runs not as long as Nth. Broulee, but generally very smooooth in a NE. Good rigging area as well.
