What sort of idiot would windsurf on freezing water in an isolated, bizarre and sometimes glassy calm spot?


Lago de Nero, a glacier-fed lake on top of the Gavia Pass in Italy, 2600m above sea level. It's a place to take care when windsurfing if you rode a bicycle up there (it's one of the world's most famous cycling climbs) because you really, really, really don't want to face a 17km descent at up to 16% gradient in wet cycling knicks.

Love it! So artistically put together. That is my favourite windsurfing video ever. Most of them are really boring (even if you love windsurfing).
Those freestyle manoevers are amazing!
