hey all,

was wondering if anyone could fill me in on what the conditions are up in exmouth this time of year. I have a week there from the 1st of July, and im contemplating whether to lug the windsurfing kit.

Are the easterlies any good up there? Are there any breaks sailable on them? (have a boat and boys to man it so i guess issue of washing to africa is of slightly less concern...)

otherwise, dont suppose anyone knows of some mellow surf breaks- my skills on a surfboard are ltd so nothing to gnarlly (and rights preferred to lefts )

Think it's called "dunes" very near the old US navy submarine radio masts. There's stacks of nice breaks out on the reefs, but I think most of them come into the gnarly category.

Not sure if these Easterlies will still be around next month, but if they are, you should be able to sail somewhere,

You can sail in the gulf on the easterly, basicly bump and jump. The easterly on the west side is to wholy. bring the surf board instead
