The best way to go faster, higher, ride better and that's just the social scene.
The West Australian Circuit - live it.

Copied from the newsletter:
"We have heard a few untrue rumours recently about a couple of our major events not happening this year and they are WRONG…

Just to clarify Nola is again running the Lancelin Ocean Classic and it will be even bigger than usual with a sizeable contingent from the East Coast. Leading up to the Lancelin Ocean Classic is the combined Slalom and Formula National Titles at South Beach. So book your holidays now for an action packed nine days from the 6th to the 14th of January 2007."

I also liked the idea of the sms get togethers...

Novak, so why is the membership form still listed as 2005/2006.
One would think/hope that this was just a slip not updating this section.
Few have asked in the past, maybe we are missing something here?

Pugwash, not that I could compete any of these events anyway, bloody hopeless, and they say in the first event at Safety Bay, start at sandbar and "have to jybe" yea right, more like crash, struggle struggle drink half the water, up-haul and then try to figure out where they all went
Then they add, head into 5 jybes inside the sand bar, by the time I sort out the first jybe, the only bar I will be looking for is one with a large glass filled with scotch and dry

Hey Mineral1, your jibes sound just like mine.

I went into (was talked into) a fun event at the end of last year and it nearly killed me. Scared me for life (mentally). I think those who are a lot more consistant forget how difficult it is for us relative newbies.

Combs, they always get us with the "fun" bitin the description of the event,A.

Its all fun they say,,, yea right
Probably go for a look anyway, just to see how much "FUN" it realy is.

Pugwash, the only problem with drinking all that beer, is I wake up next day feeling real thirsty and thinking, if I knew I was going to be this thirsty today, I would have drank more last night

I went to a couple of the fun events last season, and they are exactly that made great, by a fantastic crew out having fun.

and yes,

I still had most of the crew using me and my gear as a marker buoy every time I spaltt gybed

Looking forward to doing them again this year
