The fin is for a big (109l) wave board, for sailing in light winds (10-18kts) with a 5.7 powerful wave sail - in the waves of course.

it's saying i should be using a 19 or 21 for my size sail. If i did this with any other fin, i'd be spinning out all over the place and have no upwind ability or lift to get on the plane.... whats the deal here, i'm no fin expert,, but sounds way too small?



the problem i'm having with my mfc 30 freeride fin is that it's too big and too straight for the bottom turn, u can do it , but very long and drawn out.. will i have the same problem with your duo cut wave weed fin


also, who sells them in Australia, i wouldn't mind checking out some of your fins .

Funny I had this dilemma at the Gloo 12-14Knots 126 Litre JP SuperSport, 6.7m sail and all the fins I had were slalom and a bitch to turn.
One of my mates had a Fanatic 34cm weedy which was just the job, it looked more than 34cm's tho, turned well and gave me plenty of lift to get the board going.
And this was the biggest of the range I think they went down in 2cm increments.
This fin made my day
