Man those seppos love their legalities hey! No way this law will fly, the boating community will be well up in arms over this one.

The ruling says something about sailing only being illegal outside the main shipping channel though... so theoretically you're OK if you're in the main drag. Seems a bit backward to me though, who'd want to only sail or fish in the main channel?
