I'm going to Hervey bay for the weekend and if it's windy I might bring my gear along. I haven't windsurfed for more than a month now.
Has anyone windsurfed in Hervey bay before? I won't bother if there's no wind there.

if the forecast SE comes thru go the extra 20mins drive to Burrum Heads you'll lurrrrvvvv it with high tide around midday on Sat.

Ok, I might do that actually and go for a drive to Burrum Heads. Burrum heads is still in the bay, right? I've only got gear for slalom/freeride
.
So is windsurfing near that massive pier no good then?
