The Windsurfer

Scudding cloud and bright reflection
Whiff of promise in the air
Its Gaias’ pheromones we’re breathing
Is this the day we’ve waited for

A teasing wind excites the water
Wind swell roused to grasp the sky
White cap spume of copulation
Sky and ocean intertwine

Gaias' voyeurs bright-eyed sailors
Gathered watching by the shore
Then turning to their craft assembled
Lift their flapping techno spawn

A fevered portage to the water
The rig is offered to the wind
Held aloft on arms extended
“Aeolus take me I am yours”

Hooked and hanging sail suspended
Light foot sensate legs extended
A hunting hound that tugs the leash
And hunts and bobs and pulls some more

And rushing for the bumpy water
Skipping skimming winding through
And popping up and flying over
The chattering febrile creature flew

“EEeee HAAaaa” a cry of pure elation
From the sailors throat was drawn
“EEeee HAAaaa” and carving cranking over
“Come on lover give me more.”

And so the intercourse unfolded
Wet and writhing touch for touch
Til mother natures’ lust abated
Fading with the setting sun

Dull exhausted, limp and weary
The tired homeward sailor went
Too dull to feel too tired to wonder
What this pantheist ritual meant

We’re all Gods children sons and daughters
Every mothers one of us
But only those who Gaia loved
Can truly say that they know love.

hhhmmm... I wish. But really I've just been fotaly tucked from too much sailing. Haven't you ever felt like that?

Tea parties are for creatures that reproduce by parthenogenesis - something you dont need a dick for I like being rooted (in the active not the passive sense)

It started out as a serious attempt at a poem and degenerated into what you see here, not that I'm unhappy with it. One day I may revisit the theme and do better. I just got into this poetry stuff recently and I'm still pretty green. What happened was I fell in love with my gym instructor (God she's a honey)and I was moved to poetry as a result - venting not wooing. I was pleased with the result and enjoyed the process so I'm into it. Poetry, a word game, better than crosswords - more like design with words.

There was a young feller named Gaz
Who related with flair and pizazz
The tale of vicar
No mention of liquer
But I think he did mention
Divine intervention
Lust and deception
Immaculate conception
And unless I'm mistaken
Loss and redemption
.....
But he put it much better than that
