Windsurfing Port Philip Bay in an Easterly

It's going to be windy on Friday, awesome easterlies, but I can't stray far from the city (only got about 6 hours to play with inc. travel time). I'd normally go Sandy, but that's not happening.

What are my options? I've never had a good sail on the easterlies on the Bay.

Altona? Point Henry? Rye? Werribee South is listed on The Wind Map, but no information.

I used to leave in Williamstown and Easterlies were great fun. Cross shore and some great swell out the back. Launch off Williamstown beach - downwind (towards altona) in front of breakwater is a reef that gets shallow in lower tides and would eat the occasional fin. Good memories!
