just romance it and say a few hails as you take off.
we took off at port and the door sprung open at 500ft scaring the mo off that trady on the right there near the door but the wind kept the door from opening tooooomuch, no worries, circled round in the 40kn west gale bumpity boo, landed again taxied along the runway, and indiana just reached over and slammed the door shut properly this time [no air or light shining through the rim] and took off again, ho hum. meanwhile the passengers were ashen white and gritting with richtous grin of frozen fear, especially my partner who had never flown in a smaller 2 engine cessna before. but all was sweet and the master pilot smoothed us over to lhi and landed without waking the baby so to speak, and he [indiana] managed a couple of catnaps on the way over too as it gets kinda drowsy. go blue dog.[}:)]
