i have suspected its been under reading for some time now, i also noticed the dodgy readings today. in the past i think the device on inner dolphin spit has been bashed by passing yachts perhaps this has happened again, hate to see what its going to read when the wind drops off maybe 45knts in the lulls and 2knts in the gusts!
I'm hoping they've moved/replaced the wind meter, and happened to made a slight configuration error? Either that or it's gusting less than the average wind speed?!
