sorry to burst your bubble but have a look at what the shops are selling used gear for. Also do your research on the Seabreeze 4 sale section.
My experience is that boards have the highest resale value, followed by sails. Other accessories drop quickly to $0 in value unless you find someone that really wants a specific item because they need a spare part or to suite a specific setup.
I got plenty of stuff in the garage that I generally end up putting in a dumpster somewhere... sadly not even beginners or students want free stuff anymore.
There was a thread about this subject a while back... I remember someone putting an entire quiver in a dumpster because no one wanted it... not even for free.
