While I have been looking for the old windsurfer I've sort of got my interest back in sailboarding in general.I used to sail but never got past a Tyronsea 370,I would like some feedback on what size, volume brand etc that might be good for an old, but reasonably fit guy on a fairly tight budget to buy to have a go at water start gybe etc.I was ok on the longboard but would like to drop down in size and see how it goes as it has been quite a few years since my last board. Most sailing would be in the ocean .Any advice gratefully received and any sites you could direct me to with gybe or water start info would really help.Forgot to mention my weight etc 100 kgs 6'4" Thanks

Hey Waxer,

If you've windsurfed in the past then you don't need anything bigger than about 130 litres. A good freeride in that size would be about right for you I'd think.

All the brands offer something that would be suitable, so check out the buy and sell section on here, ebay, or your local windsurfing shop to see what's available to suit your budget.
