import an illegal immigrant and make him carry it across?

alternatively. buy a camel, a stick and a carrot. point it in the right direction, and hope for the best.

seriously thou, i think places like surfsailaus, use startrack (www.startrackexpress.com.au) to send stuff over to the east coast.. so maybe you can beg them to send it for you? would probably be cheaper then approaching startrack yourself.

surfsailaus are sending me a 69L from WA to Brizze for $120. Speak to Mark and see what he can do

what can I say, we are bored with no wind here!

I apologise for making mockery of your sincere requests, and, in future shall try to refrain.

Thankyou for you're demonstration of empathy and sincerity

What about us promised 20 knots today, it's 4pm and lucky to have 10knots, and there's a 2 mt swell running

2006/07 has been one of the worst years I can remember for wave-sailing in perth, no wonder I go up north so often, or have a speedsail instead!!!!!!

Hardie I once sent a board to Sydney on a Greyhound Express bus. They do back loads of freight sometimes. Think it cost $60

I've had several boards shipped from Perth to Sydney. If I remember right it was $90 each time with one of the major courier companies. (Can't remember who it was though.)

Hardie,

I shipped a board via busfreight to Melbourne for $65. I took the straps off and wrapped it up and told them it was a large surfboard. Well it is, sort of.
Reg shipped one to me a while back for $50 maybe you can get Elmo to sweet talking him into sending it for you
Cheers,
Chris
