Windsurfer? Looking for a Civil Engineering job in Geraldton starting in the new year?

You’re Opportunity

Due to continued growth in our Geraldton Office we now require a Civil Engineer with Project Management experience to join our Water Infrastructure Services team.

This role will give you the opportunity to contribute to the sales, profitability and management of our Geraldton office. You will play an integral role in providing mentoring, technical support and career development to a team of engineers whilst working on a variety of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Development of high quality bids and proposals
• Provide effective project management to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Management of client and project team relations
• Provide technical support to a project team
• Managing risks associated with project delivery

You’re Skills

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), or related
• Successful track record in project management and the delivery of projects
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and ability to develop a strong client base
• Good knowledge of the market for consulting services
• Strong technical skills across a range of industry sectors
• Civil Design and land development experience

Windsurfer? Looking for a Civil Engineer

Is it FIFO on rotation & is there a direct flight to Sydney?

What sort & how much gear (new) is included in the deal?


Oh.... & can you organise a deputy principal's job at a noice school

The salary should cover your new gear requirements and theres even a couple of shops here to help you out.....

I meet the bulk of the requirements, only problem is that I hav forgotten more about CivEng then I probably ever knew :-(

Don't let that stop you JB.
I was out of CivEng for 24 years & got back in a few years back (got a coupla lucky breaks)

It all came back - & lovin' it.
There's a shortage - look at the options & have a go

JB - In my experience that has never stopped the majority of civil engineers from working in the civil construction industry and I will admit to being biased......

Despite the encouragement I will have to pass on this. I suppose going back to engineering is just a whimsy, brought on by uninspiring days at work.

Wineman - I would love to hear how you got back into engineering and your experience of doing so.

Ben, Civil Engineers rock, anyone else is a glorified air conditioner repairman ;-)

I hear you, back in 1982 I commenced a Mining Eng degree, after 2 years I decided there was no future in mining and decided Mech Eng was more my style. I'm sure I'd be retired by now had I stuck to mining!!
