Harrow, I'll definitely be out Sunday. I'll be launching from the Acropolis...

Seems to have been a pattern the last couple of weeks, where the NE'er doesn't deliver until 5:30, then hangs in until 7:00 before steadily dropping off. Both today, and last Sunday a stack of guys went home just before the NE'er came in - leaving about 3 or 4 of us to enjoy 18-20 knts on our own.

Hey Walt, I had a great session today.
The rip-roaring NE'er will be few and far between from now on, but look out for the Southerlies, which can come at any time, but can give you a steady 20+ for several hours.
Then there are the Westerlies which will come in a few months, can be 20-30 knts, but can sometimes peak for only an hour or two. Need to sail these at Foreshore Road, where you get some great smooth speed runs, although not as long as Kyeemagh.
There will also be the steady supply of 10-12 knot SE, which are not that exciting, but are usually sailed out of desperation if you have not made it out recently.
Look out for me in the Southerly this Sunday, it's gonna be great. (Fingers crossed!!!)
Regards,
Harrow.

What a useless day, after all the hype of the Southerly we were expecting. I didn't even rig up. Think it's only the second time I've ever done that.
