We have noticed a distinct drop of kiters hitting the water, There would be up to 5 -20 kiters on the water with our 4-8 W/S. Still have the same windsurfers plus one but we rarely see a kiter at all. Anyone notice the same trend, I would think the cities are still kite boomimg but smaller towns would notice the drop of local kiters getting there gear out.
Doesnt seem to be as many at Kite Beach at Narrabeen these days. Not sure of any reg's but we do get the odd complaint letter in the local paper. Kites smashing down and splatting kids etc, cant be a good look!!
