So the winner, used a Windtech board with a KARace sail. Not many would have predicted that.

Low boom,improves control by reducing the lift of the board.
No excuses for lightweights any more.
Looks like it's ability and not the gear,damn!

Loose wires do seem to be a pre requisite ive noticed.
