I have used both briefly a long while back. From memory the Tabou (blue and orange graphics) was looser and better in swell and small waves but a bit bouncier in chop. The Carve was more free ride orientedand had a bigger sail range. I found the tabou rocket 95 wasn't comfortable below 5.8m. I did use the Tabou pro ed so it may have been a bit slappier in chop as a result.
Wasn't comfortable below 5.8m..? If so that'll be a problem for me then as Ill be using it with 5m down..

What do you mean by not comfortable? How much do you weigh? ( sailboarding must be one of the only areas where you can ask someone their weight and not get thumped..

...)
