I am looking to share with someone the passion for kite - windsurfing and a 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom house in Spearwood, Western Australia south of Freo. You will enjoy living only 10 min. from the beach with a big backyard in a quiet living area.

The rent is A$ 200 per week, that includes Gas, Water and Electricity.

You will need to pay 2 weeks in advance as well as 1 month for the bond.
