That should be a waranty job for sure. Have you contacted the retailer and been told no?

The board was first used 2 weeks ago and leaks - I'd have it in at the retailer when it is still dripping so they can see it ...... rather than post on here much later on

Just for the record, i wasn't complaining or having a whinge, did I bag Starboard NO, did I bag the retailer NO, I thought the board was awesome and I am happy to keep riding them, I understand these type of things happen. As written in the first post, all I wanted to know was if anyone has had warranty dealings with Starboard and what they experienced.

I've had warranty on an isonic. Auswind sorted it out no problem. Best to go through the dealer first then they'll refer it.
