so is this ban gonna apply to all windsports? or just kitesurfing?

is there even any water left in the rivermouth? last time a was there it was about 20cm deep at high tide which makes it pretty useless for windsurfing and might explain the lack of response from poleys. But i agree it is a beautiful spot and a shame to lose it especially considering the 4wds driving up and down the beach get away with doing something far worse than people doing windsports there.
