I'm searching for a rental or share accommodation in the Nedlands area (crawley, claremont etc.) within close proximity to Pelican Point for myself and girlfriend, we are travelling and looking for some where to stay from mid october through to about March. I have a house in Nedlands which will be empty from early October, but we are going to bulldoze it in the near future. Not sure how long that will take as our development plans are with council, but it could be a good few months.
Maybe we could sort something out. It's a 4 bed two bath old thing, but it's nice enough.
