'Constant Curve' means a bend curve of around 12%. "Flex top" means a bend curve of 16% or so. The mast can't be both! Unfortunately companies like North and Pryde are notorious for putting confusing information on their masts so you'll have to do some digging around.
Pryde usually sit well on a flexy top mast, and so do North sails, so this shouldn't be too bad.
Does the mast say "IMCS 23"? This would be about right for a 440 although 440 is a slightly unusual size (a 430 is usually 21, a 460 is usually 25).
