Apparently nz wind and kite mag is going to drop the windsurfing element and just focus on kites.
So that is pretty **** house

That's not news.. it's been unofficially known as Kite and Wind mag for a while now!
They're dropping the windsurfing stuff out of the printed media, and shifting it onto a web based publication instead.
I'd stopped buying it due to the excess of kiting stuff in it that I'm really not interested in, so this should be a positive move.

Hi All
From this Spring, Wind and Kite Magazine will be no longer. The magazine will now totally represent kiteboarding and will be called NZ Kiteboarder.
We will support the windsurfing industry by developing a Website to support Windsurfing in NZ and to publish an online magazine which will be call 'NZ Windsurfer Magazine'
We believe there is a real need here for a NZ website that will serve the industry like the magazine did, but in a digital format.
- It will be the one stop shop for everyone (local and abroad) looking for info on windsurfing in NZ. - It will be a positive influence on everyone who comes across the website new and experienced windsurfers. - It will have quality NZ content, as we have endeavored to achieve in Wind & Kite magazine. - It will create interest for non industry businesses to get involved eg car companies, clothing companies etc - It will connect the windsurf industry in NZ to participants of other sports.
With the support of the windsurf industry and windsurfers throughout the country we have a chance to really make a difference. This website will have the ability to generate genuine exposure for the sport.
Please continue to contact us if you have article ideas or submissions.
