I have a north XT RDM, and Severne Sails that have a 90Degree pulley. Is there a way to rig this with out the lines crossing and it getting in the way of the lever? Should the pulley be removed? or ring attached ?

Suggestions? Took forever to find instructions just for rigging with north sails with a simple eyelet.

had same issue when I got my xt and severne sails, went to aeron extension to resolve the issue.

I found myself adding a little extra extension (2 pin holes) and then when downhaul applied it left about 2cm which was enough to twist and tuck the lever away.

Now when I use the aeron extension I take a downhaul bar to the water edge. (ie rectangular wooden block 2 inches wide, inch thick, 8 inches long with 2 holes drilled in the middle - loop and lock the rope and get your back into it). takes 3 minutes longer and you can't adjust the sail when out the back in the water but hey small price to pay.....

but for what its worth check this thread

also try the search function and you may come up with more results on the severne and xt compatability

The XT I had rigged same way as any other 90 deg. opposed pulley but from memory I missed a roller on 6:1.
