I bought an unused (2015 but still in it's wrapper) Naish Bullet 8.8m sail on trade me and I cannot rig it onto my 460, 60% Carbon XO mast. The mast has all the same constant curve, IMC, IMCS stats as a Nasih mast (100% Carbon), but 3 of us have tried and there is no way we can get the cams to clip onto the mast. This is despite altering downhaul, trying outhaul, battern tensioners.... nothing is working. I'm wondering if anyone else has the same sail and if I need a Naish mast.... or am I doing something wrong? Thanks

I think you will find 2015 Naish is a stiffer mast than XO (or Exocet) which is constant curve. You will need to get a compatible Naish mast from 2015. Is it requiring SDM or RDM? That will be another requirement. I suggest you contact Naish for advice as newer Naish masts may not work either, since Naish recently (date escapes me) changed bend curve of masts.

It's probably SDM cams being that big but I had issues with a smaller Severne sail.. It ended up being supplied with RDM cams ( which are longer) so they were 4mm too long for my SDM mast. I swapped over to SDM ones and problem solved..

Have you seen this comparison table from Unifiber? Not all constant curve are the same, not to mention diameter differences affecting cams.
