Hi all, there's a couple of old threads about this but they're too old to grave dig. Have bought a sale secondhand in one of these was in the pocket of cover. Can't find anything online as to how to set it up. can anyone point me to anything?

Yes they work great, I use them with ronstan shocks blocks, no moving parts
