Hey guys, I have made good progress, I can now sail, tack and beach start (not well but i can still do it). tomorrow i learn to use the harness, plane and maybe gybe. I even upgraded from a 4.5 sail to a 5.7. All i need to do now to get good at it all I also have most of my own gear (thanks to evlPanda), all i need now is a board and then im all set.
Thanks man, good luck on ur lesson tomorrow. You should definitely learn to beach start. it makes it so much easier. I know it sounds stupid that im giving advice but up hauling really sucks.
Good to hear, and I'm with Nebbian on the gybing! Good luck though, confidence is the key. If you learn in a day I'm coming to Qld for your tutor to teach me!
