Thank you. Good tips for punching through going out and riding in on a wave for the dismount.

Thank you! It's a good idea to practice "shoving" when waves are smaller. I do see people struggle with the technique and when it's big there are more forces involved. This technique can be transferred when waterstarting towards the waves in the break.

When it's huge, our spot is a bit easier to get in at mid tide to low tide. At high tide the water moves so much that the distance between the beach and the first breaking waves can vary so much it's difficult to setup unless it's very windy if course
