I have trouble with my seabreeze sunnies fogging up, especially while waterstarting (heavy breathing). It is then a bit hard to see where I am going once I do get going again.
Any easy solutions? (Other than not wearing them?)
Thanks.

There's a few anti fog agents around you can buy, try a dive store. I've used an anti-fog cloth by 'Scott' on motocross goggles which works well but maybe not in salt water. I've also heard of a home recipe using warm water and white vinegar as a cleaning / anti fogging agent. Oh yeah possibly the easiest is a big juicy spit and rub before sailing (worth a try)

Rain-X windscreen anti-fog from auto stores

Oakley did one for the watersports sunnies few years back and it was about $20 for 10ml, and with Rain-X you get about 100 times that much. Apparently same stuff...

the oakleys have got holes in the lenses to let the mist out.

you still need to use rain x on them though.

Toothpaste and soapy water.

EDIT: The less abrasive toothpaste the better. Something that leaves a film. I use Pronamel.

Spit and rub, spearfishermen and divers have been doing it since Jacque Cousteau was knee high to an air tank. It's cheap, portable and an endless supply!
