Hey guys I left my 5.2 Ezzy wave down on the beach at Mainbreak today (Tuesday) when I went to the hospital. It's a 2006 Orange one in a 5.8 red Ezzy bag. If anyone picked it up I'd be stoked to get it back. Gotta be worth a reward. My number is 0417 280788.

Hi Corey,
That's bad news-hope you get it back ASAP. What happened? How come you had to go to hospital?
Has it been good sailing down Margies recently? I weas at Green Head on the weekend. Wind was good, but the swell a bit large for Green Head to handle properly on Sunday.

Hey Jens,
Yes mate it has been going off down at Margies this summer. I've been down a few times since I saw you last. Looks pretty good for this week too but I'm out for another week or so.
Thankfully I've got my sail back. Big thanks to Robbie and Pete from Avalon.
Had to go to hospital (three in fact) cause I ripped the top of my ear pretty bad and copped a bit of concussion. An aerial that went wrong and over the falls I went into 2 foot of water on the super low tide for the full moon. That section of reef is called surgeon's table for a very apt reason. Anyway a bit of plastic surgery with 17 stitches at Royal Perth Hospital and it's all pretty good. Though I would love to catch the fish or the cray that's eaten the bit of my ear that I lost at sea. Bring on the winter fronts mate.

Hi Corey,
So the Surgeon's Table strikes again! I've had a few encounters with it too, but only lost skin on the shins or knees to date. It's OK when everything goes to plan, but the Table is one of those sections that seems to hit you more often than the other way around, even when you are expecting it.
Glad to hear you got your sail back at any rate. Roll on winter swells, as you say. By the time they get here you might be ready to go back into the water! (You're probably sailing already!).
Cheers, Jens
